Please read carefully so that you are fully aware of your rights when booking your hair service. Making a booking signifies that you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.

Hair Trials

Hair trials are highly recommended for bridal hairstyling but are not compulsory. They are invaluable for gathering information about your hair and ideas to create the perfect, flawless look for your special day. It’s a great time for us to meet and go through all the details for the day. It also allows me to understand what your hair type can or cannot do and set realistic expectations about the final output.

Bridal Booking Fee

All bridal bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. Deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of the invoice issued date, this amount will come off your final invoice. Please note that the wedding day may not be secure if delay in the deposit. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date will result in your date being opened to other bookings. Once the booking fee is paid, your date will be secured, confirming that you also agree to our booking terms and conditions. The remainder of your fee will be due 7 days prior to your wedding date.

Cancellation

In the highly unlikely event that I am unable to attend the event due to a personal emergency, injury, sickness, or other circumstances beyond my control, I will endeavour to find a replacement of a similar standard. In such cases, a full deposit will be refunded to the client. However, if the client cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.

Change of Service

Once the booking is confirmed with a deposit, the number of people booked for service cannot be cancelled. Any cancellations will be subject to full payment.

Adding a Service

If timing allows, additional person/s will be able to be added to the booking. Please kindly notify me as soon as possible if you wish to add extra person/s after the initial booking.

Time Schedule

The timing for the appointment day (start and finish time) should be confirmed within 14 days of initial deposit. Any changes in time schedule after 14 days of confirmation cannot be guaranteed. I sometimes have two brides per day so timing changes may be limited so please let me know as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Accommodation

For travel bookings that require a start time before 7am, accommodation may be required (depends based on travel distance) for the night prior and will be provided at the expense of the client.

Travel Fee

All mobile hair bookings will include a travel fee. Travel fee will differ based on the location.

Early Call Out Fee

An early call out fee will apply to any bookings scheduled to commence before 7:00 AM.

Out of Salon Fee

An out of salon fee applies to bookings made for five heads of hair or fewer.

Parking Fee

Applied to all CBD areas and CBD surrounding areas. If location is in a hotel, valet parking will be required.
